Virgin Whore Woman

In the last week I have enjoyed the city of New York as I plan to relocate there next month as frankly an urban center is what I need after three years in this place called Nashville, the buckle of the belt that is used to beat women with.

I decided to create a fake Bible group to call out my former friend as a way to validate what I suspect is deep rooted Misogyny and clear sexual confusion and frustration and to say I hit the jackpot first out would be shocking.. no, not really.

Under the guise of my joining a woman's Bible study group I asked him his thoughts on varying Bible verses and to say that his responses were chilling was again not surprising.  What I could not believe was the depth and level he validated his crazy to the point of when I shared them with others they too were afraid, very afraid - for me.  Everyone has said repeatedly to not be in a confined space with him and in turn go out of my way to avoid him.  I refuse to change my behaviors; however, I choose to find ways to avoid contact whenever possible.  It is one thing to be in the same space it is another to have to pretend to think he is sane and reasonable when all signs are otherwise.  Leaving Nashville cannot come soon enough.

The first verses I sent him were from the Old Testament a virtual treasure trove of hate and violence which of course means oppressing women, ownership of slaves and allowing men to rape women and in turn force women to marry said rapist.  Good times.

Of course crazy boy agrees and thinks that men must be the forefront of the family and I quote:  Wives must submit to your own husbands and to the Lord.  He cites scripture and in turn agrees with this and says that the Husband is the head of the Wife and as Christ is the head of the Church and it submits to Christ the wives must submit in everything to the husband.

He cites Corinthians and Peter (who was an apostle who defined celibacy) as the proper order of family as the family setting the husband is the head of the wife and in turn children.  In turn this nutfuck then says:  As the wife submits to the husband as the head in the marriage setting, and so the children submit to their parents as their head in the family setting.  He then states:  I think of lot of people, especially my age, are blind to that fact.  They might see marriage as sacred bond, but the don't understand the weight of what it represents.

Then he states other verses about honoring one's spouse of love them which is a good thing but then launches into the whole issue regarding seduction (Proverbs 15-23) and believes that one must be lost in her love forever.  Which again shows a romantic side if not misguided one. Again proving to me how confused and addled he is thanks to parental abuse and bible thumping in every concept.

By now I have connected enough dots to find that we are up to eight incidences of rage and violence most of it directed in sexual contacts to or about women and two that were about men and perceived assault.  Again the idea that men may be trying to what? Seduce or violate him? Ah the honor code.

One young woman after realizing during my explanation of why I fear this young man and believe he has the potential for violence finally accepted my rationale and in turn also realized that her own relationships have veered into domestic violent trajectories during the course of disagreements.  Here again we have a great deal of confusion from #MeToo to Please don't hurt me as women have yet to realize that the power they have over men sexually often enables, encourages and supports their endless assaults on women.

The Bible, the grand tool of patriarchy and mind fucking control, has been the biggest tool in which to beat us all into submission.  When a boy of 22 defends violence against women and the idea of dominance over the family as ordained by God you got nothing but shit coming your way.

Here is another charming verse:

Deuteronomy 21:10-14 Good News Translation (GNT)
“10 When the Lord your God gives you victory in battle and you take prisoners, 11 you may see among them a beautiful woman that you like and want to marry. 12 TAKE HER to your home, where she will shave her head, cut her fingernails, 13 and change her clothes. She is to stay in your home and mourn for her parents for a month; after that, you may marry her. 14 Later, if you no longer want her, you are to let her go free. Since you FORCED HER TO HAVE INTERCOURSE (ANAH) WITH YOU, you cannot treat her as a slave and sell her.”

And there are many where rapists then must marry their victims and if they refuse only then they are killed.  What happens to the victim she is tainted.

But women are tainted from menustration through child birth:

'When a woman has a discharge, if her discharge in her body is blood, she shall continue in her menstrual impurity for seven days; and whoever touches her shall be unclean until evening. 'Everything also on which she lies during her menstrual impurity shall be unclean, and everything on which she sits shall be unclean. 'Anyone who touches her bed shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening,

Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, "Speak to the sons of Israel, saying: 'When a woman gives birth and bears a male child, then she shall be unclean for seven days, as in the days of her menstruation she shall be unclean. 'On the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.

Let's not talk about sex or selling women:

And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.

"When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she will not be freed at the end of six years as the men are. If she does not please the man who bought her, he may allow her to be bought back again."

You can kill a woman if she seizes a man's private parts without his permission: Deuteronomy 25:11-1: If two men are fighting and the wife of one of them comes to rescue her husband from his assailant, and she reaches out and seizes him by his private parts, you shall cut off her hand. Show her no pity.

I could go on but why? How is this fundamentalist bullshit differ from any other extremism in the religious world? None.  The Christian Superiority Complex has done some serious damage here and frankly until those are willing to walk away and speak out this will continue. It masks itself as faith but it is in all honesty a racist, sexist, homophobic creed that does harm and brings violence into the world under the guise of Godliness.  Fuck that shit.

I am a woman not a whore not a virgin and to say to me that as a single divorced woman I cannot marry because marriage is for procreation and since I cannot procreate I also cannot marry but wait the Bible says I must if I feel compelled to act upon my lust. What the flying fuck?

A married woman should not depart from her husband nor he from her. Again, divorce itself is not the will of God.

But if she departs (if divorce has occurred), she must remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband.

I own my evil and in turn I shared this with the young girl confused about her own role in the debacle that led me to connect the dots with this young man and his potential for violence:  Own your sexuality as it is the foundation to your house.  You own it and you can lease it out, sublet it or even sell it but is is yours to do with what YOU want.  Just remember that the damage deposit needs to cover the damage that results when you are ready to clean house.

On that note I end with this quote:

“The Bible teaches that woman brought sin and death into the world, that she precipitated the fall of the race, that she was arraigned before the judgment seat of Heaven, tried, condemned and sentenced. Marriage for her was to be a condition of bondage, maternity a period of suffering and anguish, and in silence and subjection, she was to play the role of a dependent on man's bounty for all her material wants, and for all the information she might desire on the vital questions of the hour, she was commanded to ask her husband at home. Here is the Bible position of woman briefly summed up.”
