Trust Me

When I hear that precursor to a statement or when I hear "I'm Smart" "I'm Funny" or any other declaration or proclamation of a statement of character that is usually a sign that they are the complete opposite.

Living here in the South that contradiction in terms is about as commonplace as humidity and stupidity, "t's" high on my radar.

My goal is to isolate myself from this as much as I can by being polite and distant.  I found a great bookmark that said "Kill them with kindness" which now is my daily mantra and something that my Mother used to say to remind me that when they go low you go high.  Plus I can pretty much say it beats the other option as again I don't need Police at my door, did I say again or ever?

That was the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back when the Vanderbilt Patient Coordinator did that as an act to show she cared.  If that is caring I would rather be less cared for.  That said I have two more years here to top out at 4 and it is a significant number.

Being in the South home of the white Jesus, lets look at how in Biblical reference the number 4 derives its meaning from creation. On the fourth day of what is called 'creation week' God completed the material universe. On this day he brought into existence our sun, the moon, and all the stars (Genesis 1:14 - 19). There are 4 Gospels and Four great elements of the universe, namely, earth, fire, air and water, the four regions of the mother earth- east, west, north, south- and four divisions of the day that goes as morning, evening, noon and midnight. In a year, there are four seasons, summer, autumn, spring and winters, four sides of a square and also there are four major variations of the phases of the moon.

In Numerology the number 4 resonates with the vibrations and energies of practicality, organization and exactitude, service, patience, devotion, application, pragmatism, patriotism, dignity, trust, worthiness, endurance, loyalty, mastery, building solid foundations, conservatism, determination, production and hard work. Number 4 also relates to high morals, traditional values, honesty and integrity, inner-wisdom, security, self-control, loyalty, conscientiousness, reality and realistic values, stability and ability.

In the eyes of the Chinese, 4 is generally disliked by people just as 13 is in the western world. This is because Four is pronounced Si in Chinese, the same as 死 (death). Therefore, many buildings, especially hotels don not set the fourth, fourteenth and twenty-fourth floors and other floors with 4. However, in Buddhism refers to Earth, Water, Fire and Wind, while Tao, Heaven, Earth and Human are the Four Greatness of Taoism.

So when you think of the number 4 you think of Four Seasons, the Four Directions on a compass, in Mathematics 4 is represented in the Square or Rectangle, a part of the quadratic systems; there are the 4 Corners of the World; Four has long been a number of completion, stability and predictability, as well as the representation of all earthly things.  So I am sure that I am making a perfect choice to leave at such a significant time. As you see that faith is all mystical and yet oddly parallel so I take that as my sign to find the exit on the way out.

And when I read shit like this I wish I could turn the wheel to speed this up as in Tarot 4 is represented by the Wheel of  Fortune.  I need to spin the wheel her Pat.

Poll: Here's how much Tennesseans trust President Trump (and the media)
Jun 30, 2017, Tennessee Business Journal

Tennesseans trust President Donald Trump, advertisers and Yelp more than the U.S. Congress, according to a new survey.

The Middle Tennessee State University Office of Consumer Research surveyed 627 Tennessee residents in June asking how much they trust various major institutions. Recommendations from friends, online reviews and President Trump were most trusted. Fox News, Democrats in Congress and Congress as a whole were least trusted.

Ninety-one percent of Tennesseans responded that they "completely trusted" or "somewhat trusted" recommendations from people they knew. Sixty-two percent completely trusted or somewhat trusted online recommendations from other consumers. Thirty-eight percent reported at least somewhat trusting President Trump, while 18 percent at least somewhat trusted Congress.

Mainstream TV news outlets fell to the bottom, along with congressmen.

Political affiliation played a key role in responses. Seventy-seven percent of Republican respondents said they trust Trump, a stark contrast to the 9 percent of Democratic respondents. Gov. Bill Haslam is trusted among 49 percent of Republican Tennesseans, compared to 30 percent of Democratic Tennesseans.

Trust in media companies varied by party as well. Democrats reported higher amounts of trust in news outlets such as CNN, ABC and MSNBC, and Republicans had higher trust in Fox News.

This is why I am going inward. I have repeatedly said there is a deep distrust of outsiders here. There is a resistance to change and fear of losing something that has no relevance or significance in present time but this is not a place that lives in the present. This is an area of the Country that re-enacts the Civil War for what purpose? To change the outcome?

As I have written before my response to the query "Why did you come here?" has now become: "To fuck shit up." That ends it from the curse words to the hostility they have no need to go further.

Four is a powerful number. It is now, however, my own. I am a 5. Irony at that is the number that precedes it and is greater than it. Perfect end to an imperfect life.
